She is professionally certified in Conflict Management and resolution, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to her work as a Transformational Life and Family Coach, Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, Author, Teacher, Mentor, Counsellor, and Therapist.
Olufunke operates from a clearly defined mandate to redefine, refine, and restore the true meaning of life and relationships. Central to her philosophy is the conviction that mindset re-engineering is the most powerful and sustainable tool for achieving reconciliation, emotional healing, and lasting personal transformation. Through this lens, she addresses the root causes of conflict, dysfunction, and stagnation, enabling individuals to experience profound shifts in perspective, behaviour, and relational outcomes.
Olufunke Ige is widely recognized as a mentor and mentor of mentors, committed to raising leaders who are equipped to effect positive change in their own spheres of influence. Olufunke Tolulope Ige also serves on the board of directors of NGOs, Churches, and corporate organisations. She holds a diploma degree from the prestigious Rhema bible training college. She is a member of the Rhema Alumni Association.
She and her husband, Architect Tolulope Ige, are the Lead Pastors at Grace Family of The Fountain Of Life Church, Lagos, Nigeria. She is a mother not just to her 3 biological children but also to as many as God has called her to raise.
